Epassporte Increases Commission from $2 to $3 (per transaction) for taking money out of an ATM

Honestly, it is it impossible to understand how Epassporte could live so long taking such a low commission. We do not know what let them make their fortune and what they are going to do. Still we suppose two variants:

-         to get enough shady money, and then cheating everyone;

-         thanks to low commission to get shady money, and then raise commission.

Fortunately, Epassporte chose the second way. Of course, it is also hardly pleasant. But if they cheat us it would have been worst of all.))

Early commission was $2 per transaction (no matter the sum of money). Since 2010 it costs $3 per transaction. The other rates are still the same but probably will go up periodically.

For example, Payoneer takes $3+1% per transaction and it is not going to deflate commission.

Now we have to pay just a little bit more to get our own money. Overall, let us be happy that nobody was cheated.
